Pat Waddoups, Broker has been active in the real estate market since 1973.

She has been an agent, a broker, a developer, and an appraiser. From the early 80's until 1991, she worked as a residential appraiser. In 1991 she went to work for Multnomah County, Oregon as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, and did commercial work only until she retired in 1997.

Unwilling to quit, she loves her work. She loves helping people find "the home of their dreams", she loves helping people meet their commercial needs, and she has the experience to help you realistically do just that.
