Qualifications:
WA. State Licensed Real Estate Broker and Designated Broker, and WA. State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. We have been in the real estate business since 1973. We have a long resume inluding many classes in Distressed Property management, Short Sales consulting, and Pre-Foreclosure Counseling. We have a full staff capable of all rehab and repair needs including all phases of construction, and financial resources necessary to do the job quickly and efficiently. We will be happy to provie you with copies of our licenses, E&O insurance and W-9's
